What if I order materials at night or during the weekend, when you are closed?
Your order will be processed on the next business day.
Can I cancel an order?
We will only cancel orders that have not yet been sent to our warehouse for processing. Please contact Customer Service by phone as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order: 800-341-6094. Have your Order Confirmation ready when you call to speed processing of your order cancellation.

Can I change my online order once placed?
Please call Customer Service if you need to add or delete items from your order: 800-341-6094.

Is a credit card required to place an order on the website?
Yes. We do require that orders made via the website be paid in full with a credit card. We do not accept purchase orders via the website or over the phone. Please fax your PO to (888) 991-5755 or email it to customerservice@walch.com. Our Customer Service Department can answer any questions during business hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm (EST) at (800) 341-6094.
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are processed during business hours Mon - Fri 8am - 4pm (ET). Upon authorization of your credit card, orders ship within 3 to 4 business days. Next Day or 2nd Day Shipping orders will be shipped as soon as the order is processed, which may be the next business day.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If any part of your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact Customer Service 800-341-6094 as soon as possible to have the items replaced or your account credited.
What is your Return Policy?
Returns are accepted within 90 days from the date of invoice.
Discontinued items are final sale, no returns accepted.
Please contact Customer Service for complete instructions on where to send your return: 800-341-6094. In order to receive full credit for your return, you must provide Customer Service with ALL purchase order numbers and invoice numbers that apply to the items you wish to return. The shipping and handling charges will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error. Return shipping and handling costs are the responsiblity of the purchaser.

When can I expect to receive my refund?
You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your return back to us. In many cases, you will receive a reimbursement sooner, but we estimate four weeks due to the time required to receive your return, product inspection at our returns facility and processing time from your credit card company. Customer Service will notify you via email with the details of your refund and issue your refund in the form of payment used to make your online purchase.

What are Digital Downloads?
Select Walch Education titles are available for download in PDF format. To view PDF files, you must install Adobe Acrobat Reader. Our PDF downloads have no shipping charges and are delivered via the email address provided when you placed your order. Browse through our downloadable titles here.
I'm interested in some titles, but I'd like to see samples first.
While we do not offer complimentary or sample copies of our publications, you can view sample pages of titles on our website or request hard copies by sending an email request to customerservice@walch.com
Does Walch Education offer elementary school level educational materials?
Our materials and programs primarily target grades 5-12 and select adult markets, however, we do have many titles approrpriate for the elementary school level addressing many of your specific instructional needs.
Some of the books say "J Weston Walch" and some say "Walch Education." What's the difference?
Both names refer to the same company and publishing tradition. Up until 2002 we published under the name of "J. Weston Walch, Publisher." In that year, we began publishing as "Walch Publishing," and in 2008 as "Walch Education."
Where are you located?
Our corporate headquarters is located in Portland, Maine and houses our administrative, marketing, sales, editorial, art and customer service divisions in addition to our digital printing facility.
Where do you print your books?
Most of our materials are printed right at our printing facility in Portland, Maine, on our digital presses. Digital printing gives us the ability to produce short or specific runs with very quick turn-around. Learn more about the printing side of our operation at www.walchprinting.com.
