Nader has more than 40 years of experience in all aspects of publishing, including sales, marketing, editorial, technology and acquisitions. He is currently Chairman, CEO & Co-Founder of Novium Learning, Inc.
Previously, Nader co-founded Cambium Learning in 2003 and grew it in three years to more than $100 million in revenue; the company was sold to Veronis Suhler in March 2007. Nader is the former Chairman and CEO of Houghton Mifflin Publishing Co., where he began his publishing career in 1966, became Senior Vice President and head of the College Division in 1986, and was elected its Chairman and CEO in 1990. Under Naderís leadership, Houghton Mifflin grew from $400 million in revenues to more than $1 billion; in 2001-02, he led the sale of the company to Vivendi Universal for more than $2 billion. Nader is a trustee of the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. He received a BA from the University of Wisconsin and an honorary degree of Doctor of Commercial Science from Suffolk University.
