Karen has an extensive background helping customers achieve success with their software solutions. She is a strong advocate for the customer using feedback and customer learnings to help improve the products and services she represents. As a valuable team member, she focuses on providing an exceptional customer experience and maintaining long term customer relationships.

At Walch, Karen implements the Curriculum Engine for current and new district partners and provides on-going services and assistance to meet the unique needs of each district and to ensure that their teachers and students have the resources they need to be successful with the platform. Prior to joining Walch, Karen was a Customer Success Manager at Forager, building customer relationships at all levels. She was responsible for product implementation, adoption and expansion and managed onboarding and training for the customers. Over her career in the software field, Karen has also had experience in product development, training, quality assurance and sales.

Karen earned an MBA at Suffolk University and a BS in Nutrition from the University of New Hampshire.
