Middle and high school students often want to be adults, but they rarely comprehend the day-to-day realities, financial responsibilities, time management and abundant stress. A sequel to the popular What's Next?, Get Real is a simulation game that has students living for four weeks in Realville, with role-playing activities that introduce them to the skills they will need to make the transition into adulthood. During the time period spent in Realville, students will make decisions that ensure their financial survival and wise time management.
 
Use Get Real in combination with a life skills curriculum or a consumer mathematics curriculum. The exercises can be used with all middle and high school students preparing for post-secondary life. The activities meet the national standards of the No Child Left Behind Legislation.
